Each apartment, housed within the historic core, is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay.
The residential complex has a large swimming pool with individual equipment for each apartment, has a barbecue area available to customers and a large parking lot. You can also bring small pets with you. The property also offers its guests a well-equipped self-service laundry.
In the heart of the Chianti Classico region, near Castellina in Chianti, only 21 km from Siena and 40 from Florence.
With 47 hectares of hilly terrain, which includes forests, olive trees and vineyards, this place is the best in the area and thanks to its exposure to the sun and the composition of the soil from grapes of the highest quality.
Il Villino is totally independent and exclusive where guests, immersed in the Tuscan hills, will appreciate the tranquility of the place and taste the wines of our production.
It is composed on the ground floor of a large and bright living area with a comfortable sofa located in front of a fireplace and TV, the kitchen equipped with built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.
Upstairs it is composed of a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms that, looking both at the front of the house, are kissed by the sun in the morning.
Around the property there is also a large garden, equipped with a gazebo and barbecue, ideal place for pleasant outdoor dinners.
